As a committed partner in combatting fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicaid Program, MCNA works to prevent and recover overpayments paid to providers. Please refer to our latest Provider Bulletin to learn more about your office's role in identifying and recovering overpayments.

As previously communicated, beginning November 1, the Arkansas Medicaid dental program will return to Fee for Service (FFS). Please read our provider bulletin for additional information about this transition as it relates to orthodontics, dentures, and post-authorization of services.

Claims clearinghouse Change Healthcare recently experienced a cyber security issue that may have affected your practice's ability to submit patient claims and prior authorizations.
