Please ensure that your office submits claims for posterior resin-based composite restorations using the correct CDT codes (D2391, D2392, D2393, or D2394) to ensure payment. Click here to learn more about claim submission for these codes.

MCNA has recently been informed that the Arkansas Department of Human Services mailed Third Party Liability information requests to MCNA members in error.

If an MCNA member should call your office inquiring about this letter, please advise the member that if they have no other insurance they should simply write "no other coverage" on the letter and return it. The member's coverage or benefits will not be affected. Members can call the Arkansas Medicaid Member Hotline for additional information at 1-800-482-5431.
