The HHS Office of Minority Health's National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Health and Health Care is offering a free, online educational program that supports the delivery of culturally and linguistically competent services. Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and any other oral health professional interested may complete this e-learning Cultural Competency Program. MCNA encourages all network providers to learn more and begin the program on the HHS website.

MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be downloaded from MCNA's website.

Effective January 1, 2022, orthodontic service code D8060 will be removed from the American Dental Association CDT Code Set. Claims for D8060 submitted with dates of service (DOS) after January 1 will no longer be valid. Please click here to learn more about MCNA's response to this change.

A new version of the Arkansas Provider Manual will go into effect January 1, 2022, which includes changes to accommodate the removal of D8060 from the American Dental Association 2022 CDT Code Set.
