Reporting Missed Appointments to MCNA

MCNA is excited to announce an enhancement to our system that allows providers to report when a member has missed a dental appointment. With this enhancement, MCNA continues to support your practice in the reduction of missed appointments. Read our provider bulletin to find out how.
Updated Provider Manual Effective March 1, 2024

A new version of the Arkansas Provider Manual will go into effect March 1, 2024. You may download a preview copy of the new manual. The current Arkansas Provider Manual is always accessible at https://manuals.mcna.net/arkansas. New Clinical Practice Guidelines Now Available

Two-Factor Authentication
